Yo Colonial Dudes & Dudettes! How do you feel about the way of King George III is taxing the colonists? Are you a Patriot or a Loyalist? I know you guys disagree about the fairness of his taxes. Do you think they're fair? Can you live with them? Will you continue to pay them? How are all of these taxes effecting you & your family? What's the scuttlebut in town?

Yo Dudes & Dudettes! What did you find out about plants, soil, or bulbs in your exploration of The Great Plant Escape? Tell me at least one new thing you learned. How's your plant in class doing by the way?

Yo Dudes and Dudettes, I'm missing Nick who has moved away to Camus, Washington. I wonder if he's missing us too. If you want to write him a note here, I'll see that he reads this. I have my bearish ways of communicating. Yo, Nick.... I miss you; it's not quite the same without you. We've been taking the state tests this week. We have a new magnetic mosaic area in our room; you'd really love it! I miss your drawings. Love, Jefferson
